St Paul’s Academy aims to develop and enrich our outreach work to primary schools and the local community through sport. As a school our ambition is to create strong links with families prior to them sending their children to St Paul’s Academy; increase awareness of the benefits of attending St Paul’s Academy as well as enrich the local community through the use of the facilities and opportunities for our families.
Through this initiative, we endeavour to increase opportunities for community cohesion and harmony. We want to build and develop positive relationships between the Academy, students and local businesses to give opportunities for young people to engage positively in the world.
We support our local primary schools by hosting various sports tournaments throughout the academic year and we are a hub for our local primary schools to deliver their sporting events/calendar throughout the year.

Sports Hall Athletics
- Thursday 9th November 2023 (Girls)
- Friday 10th November 2023 (Boys)
Football
- Thursday 29th February 2024 (Boys)
- Thursday 7th March 2024 (Girls)
In addition, we support the transition into secondary school by offering all students an opportunity to attend our summer school. This allows students joining the Academy to have the opportunity to build relationships, experience the fantastic facilities, and be exposed to the true essence of what it is like to be a student at St Paul’s Academy.
