St Paul’s Academy has been a cashless school since January 2015, which means that parents top-up students’ swipe cards online using the ParentPay website. Students then use their swipe cards at school to pay for meals. When your child starts at St Paul’s, you will be provided with unique details to log into the ParentPay website. If you have not received details for your ParentPay login please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that they can be reissued to you. Please check your child’s ParentPay account regularly so that they can continue to purchase food on-site. If your child is entitled to Free School Meals and has received these at primary school, please ensure that you reapply for these through your local council as this entitlement does not automatically transfer over from primary school to secondary school.
