Pastoral Structure
At St Paul’s Academy, each year group is looked after by a Pastoral Team which is led by a Head of Year. There is also an Assistant Principal who oversees each year group. Staff within the Pastoral Team are Form Tutors who provide pastoral care to students and also deliver the PSHE [Personal, Social, Health and Economic] programme.
