St. Paul’s Academy is seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Year to drive the holistic development of our students and inspire them to fulfil our values of being "God’s Work of Art" within wider society.

You will work dynamically alongside senior leadership, heads of department, and form tutors to maintain a positive, disciplined culture. From leading compelling careers education (satisfying the Gatsby benchmarks) to diminishing the Pupil Premium progress gap, your focus will be on ensuring every student makes exceptional progress.
