St Paul's Academy
Pastoral Structure
At St Paul’s Academy, each year group is looked after by a Pastoral Team which is led by a Head of Year. There is also a Senior Leader [usually an Assistant Principal] who oversees each year group.
Staff within the Pastoral Team are Form Tutors who provide pastoral care to students and also deliver the PSHE [Personal, Social, Health and Economic] programme.
