Year 10 students made a brilliant start to their Jack Petchey 'Speak Out' Challenge Workshop.
They really shined and produced some amazing and truly inspiring speeches about their different passions, from basketball to societal issues like racism, separation and war. Their boost in confidence from the morning to the end of the day was truly visible and St. Paul's really does have some very bright individuals who will hopefully go on to become our future leaders.
Many thanks to all the staff for putting forward their recommendations for students. I am sure the students are very appreciative of this opportunity. We got some amazing feedback from our trainer and the students behaved exceptionally.
Please do praise them for this and discuss their speeches with them. I'm sure they would appreciate your curiosity and have lots to say!
Many thanks to the site team also for setting up the library for us. Your work does not go unnoticed!
