Thank you to all staff and students for their splendid response to our Spring Fayre. There was a superb atmosphere about the school site, as students busily prepared their stalls, for the event.
It was very encouraging to see so many students, from all year groups taking a leading role in the activities and having the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
There was a wide variety of stalls and activities which included:
- Car washing
- Sales of Mother's day and Easter cards
- Students and staff in the stocks
- Splat the rat
- Sales of bird boxes and plants
- Hand made cushions and jewellery
- Sales of cakes, biscuits and sweets
All proceeds from the fayre will be given to the Chase Children's Hospice.
