The community of St Paul's was delighted to welcome the recently crowned All-Ireland hurling champions, Eoin Larkin (Kilkenny captain) and the new star of defence, Paul Murphy, bringing with them the Liam McCarthy Cup. Both Hurlers were very impressed with the facilities and the level of skill on display in a number of sporting activities. The Cats took on Brian Smyth & Niall McCann in a game of handball where they were pipped by a single point in a match enjoyed by all. It was certainly a very enriching experience for every one involved.
